Here comes December!!๐ŸŽ…๐Ÿผ๐ŸŽ„

It feels like I’ve not written a personal post for ages! I think the last post was all about Our holiday to Mallorca! I’ve been so busy over this last month I’ve just been focusing on new recipes, hairstyles to try and my top 5 hot buys!(which will be coming in a week or so). Anyway I feel like lots of really great things are about to happen the beginning of next year and I can’t wait until they are all set in stone so I can share with you guys what’s happening, but for now I’m keeping shtum which is a first for me because excitement usually takes over and I blab within the first day!! All I can say is 2017 is looking very promising!

The kids are doing well, schools nearly finished for xmas so I can’t wait to start getting in the Christmas spirit in our house. We are booked in to see santa next week, every year my grandma and grandad take us all to Stewart’s and we have afternoon tea or some dinner there and this year we’re taking both kids together. This year we will be seeing Connor in his first school play!! I’m so excited I can’t wait to take pictures and video his first performance. I’ve had his letter home to say he’s been assigned the role of a king, but this year the nativity is something about aliens meeting Christmas?!?! As you can imagine when Luke got home I was like what on earth is that?! So both of us are intrigued as to how the teachers are incorporating aliens. Probably another rule made to accommodate all religions which is fine but I loved doing the nativity plays in primary school and I remember all of them. I’m a bit sad that Connor isn’t going to be doing it the old school way that all of us remember, but I guess that’s time changing for you. This year Luke and I have dodged both kids school xmas fairs! We go away on Friday morning until Sunday night so my mum will be taking Connor to his this year, and with Millie we take it in turns so this year is her mums turn. I’ll write a post next week telling you all about where we went and what we did! I can’t wait for a weekend away!

I’m finally starting to Christmas shop! This time last year I was done and dusted by the beginning of November but this year I’ve let myself down! Last week the kids did their lists and there was a lot of explaining why that big present is fine but you can’t have that big present on the list too!๐Ÿ™ˆ as each year passes the lists have got more and more expensive! Regardless they’ve been snapped and sent round our families so I’m feeling more at ease that I’m getting a bit more prepared! Next weekend the Christmas decs will be going up, I’ve seen so many people on my social media who put their trees up last weekend!! It’s still NOVEMBER PEOPLE! I’m all for getting in the Christmas spirit but not in November. My OCD won’t let me do it that early. As the years go on I think the tree goes up a little later than the last year and comes down a bit quicker than last year too! With the cats, kids, and my inner clean freak I can’t cope with the mess of it all.

Work has been crazy busy this last week, the xmas hustle and bustle has started and the prepared people were all in on Saturday for early Christmas haircuts and Christmas party hair! I’m crazy busy with lashes now as well with the girls getting in for Christmas lashes! It’s all great but it’s another Reason I’m welcoming this weekend away ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜.

I think this year I’m going to set a New Years resolution, I never bother usually because I never stick to it and I think it’s a load of rubbish. But I’ve decided to do something simple and just stop stressing so much. I’m going to try and not let the little things bother me, if it doesn’t really matter then don’t stress over it! I’m definitely a worrier and huge stresser so cutting that out will do the world of goodโœŒ๐Ÿผ๏ธ

I’m really looking forward to December and early 2017! Lots changing and all going in our favour and I cannot wait! Bring it on I say! I’ll keep you posted on the kids last few weeks of school, our trip away and Christmas 2016!
