Hello you lovely lot!
Wow February already! My fav month because I’m the birthday princess and take full advantage of it!
If you follow me on social media you’ll have noticed these last couple of months have been crazy busy for me. Starting a keep fit diary and showing you all the food I’m making Banana protein pancakes, and smoothies I love Shaking it up smoothie recipes , going back to work after the xmas holiday and a new business venture that I’ll be launching with my best friend very VERY soon. So many exciting things going on this year that I can’t wait for it all to be set in stone, but I can tell you in the next week or so our new online clothing boutique will be launching and I can’t wait to tell you all about it so look out for a post coming with all the gossip and info!
We’ve booked centerparcs again this year for April and I can’t wait. 6 adults and 4 kids all in one lodge will be interesting but we can’t wait. Connor was so excited when I told him that he thought we were going that night, he went to bed upset that he had to wait for April to come bless him😂. Unfortunately we can’t take Millie with us this year because she is practicing for her SATS in may so is unable to have any time off through march and April this year. But we will arrange something a bit later on in the year for her because she’s missing out.
Connors been poorly this week and I thought he’d finally caught chicken pox but turns out it was just viral. I was so disappointed because I thought he’d finally caught them and we could get them over and done with but no such luck, I think I might find a chicken pox party to take him to!
He got a head teachers award in celebration assembly on Monday morning. Mummy and daddy were allowed to go along and watch before we took him to the doctors, he was so proud of himself and he achieved it for his writing so we were all very very proud of him. He seems to be really thriving at school at the moment, his reading and writing being the main things he’s doing so well in.
This month I have a week off on my birthday week, I still have holiday to use up so thought taking it over half term is perfect! We are planning a day out with the kids on the Friday so I’m looking forward to that. Is 25 considered a big birthday?? I keep asking my parents and Luke, I feel like I should get big presents for such a statement number😂🙏🏻. I can’t believe that the day after I turn 25 I’ll be closer to 30 than I am 20!! It’s slightly devastating don’t you think?? It’s strange but sometimes I’m baffled at how old we all are, if I sit and think about it long enough my mind boggles. Luke was 19 when I met him and I was 18, he’s 27 this year and I’m 25! How did that even happen!! So on that note I’m going to do a major throwback of me Luke and a baby Millie!
Keep an eye out for our launch and the post I’m writing telling you all about it, hopefully you’ll see it by the end of the week fingers and toes crossed!
Hope you all have a wonderful weekend Ox
